“The Unknown World” | Acrylic on canvas, 2026
What does the world look like after a brain injury?
When memory fragments and the familiar becomes unfamiliar, how do we find ourselves again?
“The Unknown World” explores identity, confusion, and the invisible reality of brain trauma, a subject very close to my heart.
I am dedicating this painting to a fundraising campaign for Kehilat Or (קהילת אור), supporting people living with brain injuries. All proceeds from its sale will be donated to the organization.
After sharing its story at my recent exhibition, I want to bring that conversation further, through art that helps an often unseen experience become seen.
A journey through the mind: before, after, and everything in between.
