RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork. If you need to return an item, please review our policy and process below.

1. RETURN WINDOW & INITIATION

  • 14-Day Return Request: Returns may be requested within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Prior Authorization: Please contact us before sending any artwork back. Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.

  • How to Request: You can initiate a return by emailing us directly at
    eliyahu.assaf@gmail.com or by submitting a message through our website's Contact page.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS & SHIPPING COSTS

  • Condition: Returned artwork must be sent back in its original, undamaged condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.

  • Return Shipping Costs: For standard buyer's remorse returns (returns not due to damage, defects, or an error on our part), the customer is solely responsible for return shipping costs.

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered:

  1. Contact us promptly at eliyahu.assaf@gmail.com

  2. Include clear photographs showing both the affected artwork and the condition of the packaging.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or full refund and cover all applicable return shipping costs.

4. REFUND PROCESSING & EXCHANGES

  • Refund Method & Timeline: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after the returned artwork has been received and inspected at our studio.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges.

5. LEGAL RIGHTS & CONTACT INFORMATION
