1. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING & TIMELINES
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping for all our artworks and prints.
Typical Delivery Time: In most cases, international deliveries take about 10 business days once shipped.
Maximum Delivery Time: Because international logistics and customs can sometimes cause unexpected delays, please allow up to 28 business days for your order to arrive.
2. PREPARATION & SHIPPING ORIGIN
Our original artworks require dedicated time, care, and specialized packaging to ensure they are fully protected for international transit. Please note that all items, including art prints, are processed, meticulously packed, and shipped directly from our studio in Israel.
3. DAMAGES & LIABILITY
We want you to receive your art in pristine condition.
Damage During Transit: We take full responsibility for any damage that occurs during the shipping process. If your package arrives visibly damaged by the courier, we are fully accountable.
Proof of Damage: For any damage that is not clearly caused by the shipping and handling process (or if you discover an issue after opening an intact box), you will be required to provide clear photographic/video proof of the damage. We will review the proof to assist you with a replacement or a suitable solution.
4. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Please be aware that as the buyer, you are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be applied by your country's government upon delivery.
