2. ARTWORK REPRESENTATION & VARIATIONS

  • Handmade & Studio Artworks: Our catalog consists of original artworks and high-quality prints. Because original artworks are handmade and produced using natural materials and studio techniques, slight variations in texture, color, and finish may occur.

  • Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our artwork as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your personal display settings, screen calibration, and lighting. Such variations are not considered defects.

3. ORDERS, PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, limit, or decline any order for any reason (including item availability or pricing errors).

  • Pricing & Currency: All prices listed on the site are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include international import taxes, VAT, or local customs duties.

  • Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed via authorized third-party gateways. You warrant that all payment details provided are accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4. SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

  • Shipping Origin: All items—including original artworks and prints—are processed, packaged, and shipped directly from our studio in Israel.

  • Transit Times: Estimated shipping times (typically 10 business days, up to 28 business days) are detailed in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for transit delays caused by customs clearance or courier disruptions.

  • Customs & Duties: You (the buyer) are the importer of record and are solely responsible for paying any import duties, VAT, clearance fees, or local taxes levied by your country's customs authorities upon delivery.

5. RETURNS & DAMAGE CLAIMS

  • Purchases are subject to return or refund strictly in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Standard buyer's remorse return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery, with the customer covering return shipping costs.

  • For items damaged during transit, clear photographic proof of both the damaged artwork and exterior packaging must be submitted to us promptly upon receipt.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT

  • Ownership: All artwork, designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos, and digital content displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Asaf Eliyahu and are protected by international copyright laws.

  • No Reproduction: The sale and purchase of any physical artwork or print does not transfer any intellectual property rights or copyright to the buyer. You may not reproduce, copy, scan, alter, resell digital files, distribute, or commercially exploit any artwork or content without explicit, written authorization from Asaf Eliyahu.

7. PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others.

  • To transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code that compromises site security.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
